The Rum Cake Company was conceived to satisfy the discriminating taste of true rum cake lovers.  

After one bite, we believe you will agree that this is no ordinary rum cake. Fresh eggs, creamy butter,

pecans, and fine rums help create this wonderful dessert. Our gourmet cakes do not contain any fruit

and are not comparable to a traditional Caribbean black cake, fruit cake, or an Italian rum cake.

 

We currently offer four (4) rum varieties in a selection of two (2) sizes. 
Each rum cake is freshly prepared, carefully wrapped, and securely packaged in an attractive 
cake box or tin for shipping to you or your chosen gift recipient. Hot-out-of-the-oven, the cake is

hand-brushed with a special hot rum glaze as the final flavor-drenched step. 

 

Our cakes are baked upon request and then shipped...never sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold. There is a local pick-up option for Metro Atlanta.
